WOMEN'S SWIM GROUP WITH KAY CARNEY
Perfect for ladies who do laps. Program includes twelve 1-hour group workouts focusing on drills, stroke technique and endurance. Participants should be able to swim at least two lengths of freestyle and feel comfortable in deep water.
