Many of our trainers have buddy and small group training going on every day. Chances are that we can find a time and trainer that works for you.

SPECIALTY TRAINING
For clients who have specific conditions or goals, which require specialized expertise and experience, the MAC offers specialty training by trainers who have extensive backgrounds in that area.

Boot Camp with Billy DeLorbe
Want fast results? This high energy morning routine includes a variety of body weight & cross training exercises for a total body workout. Any fitness level can be accommodated but you will be challenged and pushed to improvement. Meet 2x a week. Limit 10 people per session.

Iron Girl Columbia Triathlon Training Program with Kay Carney

Program overview:
• 40+ group workouts: swim, indoor cycle, run/outdoor cycle, open water swim practice
