- Over 160 pieces of the latest cardio exercise equipment from Life Fitness, Technogym, Precor, Stairmaster and more. (This means NO WAITING)
- Nearly all cardio equipment is "heart-rate capable" meaning you can select a built- in program to keep your heart rate at, above or below a particular level. This is perfect for losing weight, cardiac rehabilitation and performance athletes.
- Fitness Specialists are available to help familiarize you with the equipment and select the best program(s) to achieve your goals.
- ENTERTAINMENT - Each piece of the MAC's Cardio Equipment offers at least 16 different entertainment options including local network television, satellite news and sports, human interest stations and commercial free music.
- The MAC's Training Philosophy promotes strengthening your core and improving balance. Programs are designed to suit your specific needs, goals and availability. We can even design programs you do on-the-road, or at home.
- Circuit Training - 2 circuits dedicated to get you strong in 22 minutes or less per visit!
- SUCCESS Program - FREE to MAC Members who want to achieve their goals. Our Success Coaches will help you to set realistic goals, design a program to achieve them in the least amount of time and provide you with the encouragement, motivation and recommendations you'll need to succeed.

- 25 meter, 6-lane lap/exercise pool. 82 degrees.
- Perfect for lap swimming, water walking, shallow or deep water exercise classes or swim lessons.
- TWO Warm-Water Therapy Pools. 92 degrees with balance bars, seated, standing and deep water exercise areas. Perfect for arthritis therapy, injury rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, pre and post joint replacement, kids swim lessons, or just floating to relax. You won't want to get out of these pools!
- A huge co-ed whirlpool kept at 104 degrees to soothe sore muscles and soak away tension.
- Swim Lessons: Children and Adult Swim lessons offered. MAC offers a gradual progression program to help children become accomplished swimmers. Infant/Toddler lessons, private and semi private swim lessons, group swim lessons, adult swim lessons.

- Welcome to the MAC Kids Club! Our friendly staff will enable you to enjoy your workout while your children participate in a variety of creative activities. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment that provides each child the opportunity to develop a positive self-image.

- MAC has a large co-ed Steam Room with redundant steam generators to ensure no down-time.
- Private Men's and Women's Cedar Saunas located in Main MAC Changing Rooms.
- 4 Locker Rooms (2-Men's and 2-Women's) with over 600 day-use lockers, 24 showers and plenty of sinks, vanities and hair drying stations.
- 4 Family Changing rooms for changing children of the opposite sex or that spouse or relative who needs a little more privacy or assistance.
- Family changing rooms include dedicated lavatory, toilets and showers.
