Guest Privileges


Health Club Guest Policy

The MAC welcomes you to bring guests to all of our Baltimore area health clubs.
Please note the following guest policies:


• Guest must be at least 18 years old

• Guest must present valid Photo ID to use the MAC

• Health club passes are valid for one or two people. If two people attend with one pass, they must use the club simultaneously. One person may not use the club twice with one pass.

• Health club members may call a Membership Representative to arrange a Guest Pass at least 24 hours in advance for a friend or relative who has not utilized the club within 30 days

• Complimentary visits are limited to once every 30 days per guest

• Guests who arrive without a pass or who wish to use the club more frequently than once in 30 days will be charged the corresponding Guest Fee (with a member) or (without a member). Guest Fee will be refunded or applied to membership should the Guest join the club on the day of their visit. Guest passes will NOT be issued at the time of visit.

• Any guest not accompanied by a member must pay the appropriate Guest Fee or present their Guest Pass and receive an introduction to the club by a Membership Rep. before using the facility.




MAC TIMONIUM GUEST FEES: $20 (without a member, without a guest pass); $15 (with a member) unless Complimentary Guest Pass has been arranged in advance by a member of MAC staff

MAC HARBOR EAST GUEST FEES: $20 (without a member, without a guest pass); $15 (with a member) unless Complimentary Guest Pass has been arranged by a member of MAC staff

MAC EXPRESS GUEST FEES: $10 (without a member, with a guest pass); $5 (with a member) unless Complimentary Guest Pass has been arranged in advance by a member of MAC staff

Out of respect for your privacy, the following explains our practices with respect to collection, disclosure and use of personal information provided to us in connection with your use of the MAC.

Use of Information
Any personal information received in connection with your use of our facility will be used for the sole purpose of helping you to succeed at the MAC and to keep you informed of programs, services or events designed to improve your quality of life.

E-Mail
In the interests of efficiency, ecology and economy, we are striving to communicate with our members electronically, rather than through conventional mailings. If available, we will be collecting every member’s e-mail address to accomplish these goals. The MAC will not disclose or sell your email address or any of your other personal information to any other person or organization, except in the event of a medical emergency or if required by law. Should you receive any unwanted e-mail from the MAC, you may opt out of our e-mail communication in part or in total at any time by giving the MAC written or electronic notice of your decision to opt out. In that event, should we need to reach you with critical information or items of interest, we will contact you instead by telephone or regular mail.

Revision to Privacy Policy
The MAC may revise this policy from time to time. Our privacy policy will at all times be kept current, with copies available at the front desk upon request. If this privacy policy is changed, all changes will be posted on our web site at www.macwellness.com so that our members will be aware of the information we collect, how that information is used and the limited circumstances in which that information may be disclosed to another person.
