Did you know that our trainers do "buddy training"? That means you and a friend can train together - share the personal trainer and share the cost. Many of our personal trainers have buddy and small group training going on everyday. Chances are that we can find a time and trainer that works for you.
SPECIALTY TRAINING
For clients who have specific conditions or goals, which required specialized expertise and experience, the MAC offers Specialty training by personal trainers who have extensive backgrounds and training in that area.

Think you don’t have time to work out? Think again. Join us for Lunchtime Express, a 45 minute workout that will get you in and out during your lunch break! This 4-week program has been created to give you a vigorous full-body strength and cardiovascular workout in just 45 minutes, 2 times per week.
