Did you know that our personal trainers do "buddy training"? That means you and a friend can train together - share the personal trainer and share the cost. Many of our personal trainers have buddy and small group training going on every day. Chances are that we can find a time and trainer that works for you.

Form Running Assessment with Jason Williams
Warm weather is finally here! Are you a runner? Do you have any races coming up? Do you want to improve your running form? Personal trainer, Jason Williams, is here to help. This 30-45 minute session focuses on correcting certain check points in your running gait to help you improve performance, longevity and decrease injury.

TotalFIT with Tony Ursone
You don’t have to lug tree trunks up a hill or dive over Monster Truck tires in a parking lot to get an “authentic” boot camp experience. Join MAC’s in-house Marine for a military-style workout from the comfort (well, relatively speaking) of your own health club! This small group program incorporates high-intensity, functional movements that are constantly varied to improve power, stamina, strength, speed, agility, balance and flexibility. TotalFIT feels like a sport, not like an exercise program. And it can be tailored for folks of all fitness levels. (Yes, we want YOU!)
