SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Did you know that our trainers do "buddy training"? That means you and a friend can train together - share the trainer and share the cost. SPECIALTY TRAINING
For clients who have specific conditions or goals, which required specialized expertise and experience, the MAC offers Specialty training by trainers who have extensive backgrounds and training in that area.

Our Personal Trainer’s number one concern is YOU! You will receive that one-on-one attention and support that can take your fitness to the next level. Each time efficient session is guaranteed to be full of variety with each exercise carefully chosen to cater to your specific needs. No more boring workouts! You will start to look forward to coming in and seeing what the day’s session has to offer.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING/"BUDDY" TRAINING
You can bring your friends, co-workers and other family members to train with you and have a dynamic interactive training session. Or if you would like to be matched up to a workout partner or small group, we can set you up with other members who participate in small group training as well. This is still Personal Training but on a more social and economical scale with the expected same great results! Depending on when you want to train, we may already have a group that you can join today!

K.Y.A.

Meets Mon & Fri at 9:30a in Studio C.
Karate. Yoga. Aerobics. This is a martial-arts based mix of strength, balance, flexibility and cardio training geared toward the advanced exerciser.

5 Weeks to 5K Success
with Neal Kopasek
If you are looking to run your first or best 5K ever, then this is the program for you. Nike Neal leads this program which includes assessment & goal setting, sub-max heart rate test, seminars, group workouts and a personal training session with Neal.

Half-Marathon Program
with Neal Kopasek
This program was designed for the runner that wants to complete a half marathon to the best of their ability. There will be weekly running schedules, seminars, group runs with stretching & advice plus group strength training sessions.

A.P. Next Level Camp
with Aundre Perkins
This is an 8-week summer program on Tue and Thu at 2pm.
It is a great program for high school or college athletes involved in football, basketball or lacrosse! You will focus on strength training and conditioning to make you bigger, stronger and faster!

Boot Camp

Want fast results? This high energy morning routine includes a variety of body weight & cross training exercises for a total body workout. Any fitness level can be accomodated but you will be challenged and pushed to improvement. Meet 2x a week. Limit 10 people per session.

Cross Fit

This is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operation units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. This is not a specialized fitness program

REV Your Metabolism

Lose weight, get strong and fit! Fast paced group training program that will teach you to burn more calories and fat all day long! By taking a VO2 test, we will determine the most efficient way to burn fat during exercise. An exercise program with heart rate training zones will be created so that all workouts are done at the correct intensity to maximize your calories burned. Meets twice a week!

P.A.C.E. (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)

This program is designed specifically for persons with rheumatic disease, taking into consideration the pain, fatigue, and decreased strength and motion that accompany arthritis. Meets 2x a week for an hour.
