We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular endurance classes - no matter what you enjoy - we have it here at the MAC.
Step classes such as Half-Steppin’, Step Challenge, Step Jam and Diva Step. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced "stepper", we have something for everyone. Step/Weight combo classes are also available such as Cardio Core, Extreme Intervals, MAC NRG, Power Intervals and Power MAC NRG.
Other classes to get your heart rate up are Cardio Dance, All Body Cycle (ABC), Ride & Run and Treading. Brought to you by the MAC! Designed for you by the MAC!

Muscle Conditioning
Do you want to tone up those muscles? We have classes that let you focus on the entire body muscle conditioning such as Group Power, Hardcore and Strength & Balance. Or try 3-4-5 Total Body Workout with Personal Trainer, Stephen Holt and in small groups learn how to get a complete and efficient full body workout using various equipment. Or target the core with our Abs class! A great ab workout in 15 minutes.

YOGA
Yoga originated in India as early as 3300 BCE. It is defined as a group of ancient spiritual practices designed to cultivate a steady mind. It’s physical rewards have also long been documented. The most ancient and truest form expression of the mind/body connection, yoga is perfect for everyone; from beginning exercisers to athletes. Our certified team offers a range of practices to meet our members’ goals.
Hatha YogaHatha Yoga:
A blend of Yoga styles to stretch, strengthen, balance and relax both the mind and body.
All Levels.
Kripalu YogaKripalu Yoga:
Includes several yoga modalities w/ emphasis on breathing techniques & meditations in motion.
Intermediate to Advanced Levels
Ashtanga YogaAshtanga Yoga:
This 6-week session will include a fast moving vinyasa flow series. Focus on Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga and the synchronization of breath to movement. Build strength, improve balance, and focus, gain energy and increase flexibility. Standing warrior sequence, balancing poses, inversions and floor work.
Advanced Levels
Power YogaPower Yoga:
A challenging fitness yoga format that sculpts and tones your entire body, increases flexibility, core strength and balance while focusing and relaxing the mind.
Intermediate to Advanced Levels
Pre-Natal YogaPre-Natal Yoga:
Maintain a strong body & focused mind flowing through a sequence of seated/standing postures that will increase stamina, build strength, flexibility & balance for Mom. An emphasis on deep breathing will foster inward concentration, which can help ease labor and delivery.
Modifications are given for each trimester.

PILATES
The Pilates method is a physical fitness program developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates believed mental and physical health are essential to one another. His method uses the mind to control the muscles by focusing on the core postural muscles to keep the body balanced and strong.
Pilates at the MAC is offered in a private Pilates studio offering a variety of disciplines including Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Programs are offered in group, semi-private and private sessions. Spinning
Spinning
Come ride with us! Join us for 45 minute indoor cycling classes which simulate a real outdoor ride. High-energy instructors and motivating music really get your body moving. Heart rate monitors are recommended. Please sign up 15 minutes prior to class at the Activities Desk (next to the main reception).
We take Spinning reservations. Reservations can be made no more than 24 hours in advance and will close 1 hour prior to class start, via telephone or in person at the Main MAC Reception desk for a $5 fee. This fee will assist you in securing your spot in class along with one of your favorite Spinning bikes. When you call, reception staff can charge your club account and give you your reservation # which you will need to document. Your receipt will be stapled to the Spinning bike reservation sheet as an additional verification for reservation. Your name will be placed by your selected Spinner.
In person, you will be handed a receipt with your reservation #. An additional receipt will be stapled to the Spinning bike sheet as additional verification for reservation.

Dance yourself into shape! Choose from Belly Dancing, Line Dancing, Couples Yoga, Desperate Housewives Workout or Line Dancing.
Tone up in a new and exciting format with KYA or Boxing Bootcamp.
Mothers and daughters (ages 3-10) can enjoy a Mommies & Me Yoga class or a Mommies & Me Belly Dancing class!

Our Aquatic classes range from Shallow water classes to Deep Water classes to warm water classes. Exercising in the water is a whole new invigorating feeling that you just have to try. Mix up your fitness routine and try it in the water!
Aqua Boxing, Classic Aqua and Hydrocircuit are just to name a few of the shallow water classes we offer at the MAC.
Get the heart pumping with Deep Water Run/Walk, Core Deep or Deep Definition.
The 92 degree warm water pool is host to such classes as Aqua Pilates, Basic Arthritis, Arthritis PLUS, Strong & Stable and Warm Waves.
