
The primary objective of our fitness team is to make sure you get the most out of your experience at the MAC. Whether your goal is to lose weight, feel more energized, build strength or rehabilitate an injury, our fitness team will guide you toward achieving your goal.
MAC’s philosophy toward wellness begins with a review of where you are today. Using our Wellness System, we have designed a method that addresses 5 key levels of activity and the corresponding health risk or benefit.

SUCCESS PROGRAM
MAC’s success program is just that; a FREE program to our members so that everyone achieves success as a member of the MAC. Just set an appointment with a fitness specialist and they will guide and track your progress from there.
22-MINUTE SUCCESS CIRCUIT
Think you can’t squeeze in an effective workout? Not true, our 20 minute success circuit is perfect for our busy members. 11 machines are in circuit formation allowing you to move from one to the other, while keeping your heart rate elevated so you get a cardio workout in as well.
MAC BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Basketball leagues generally run for 10 weeks with a single elimination playoff tournament. Fall league runs September – December and Spring league runs March-June.
HEALTHY START
Healthy Start is MAC’s program designed for first-time exercisers or those who have been away from exercise for a while and need some extra attention to get started.
