Our Timonium health club & gym is our flagship location, the place where it all began. This 64,000 square foot wellness center is bustling with activity all day and evening long. From the early morning folks trying to grab a workout before work, to the moms who come in and work out while we watch their children in our Kids Club, to the seniors who are with us throughout the day and then our after work executives, MAC Timonium is a place where men and women of all ages are getting healthy and fit.

Welcome to the MAC Kids Club! Our friendly and well-trained, CPR certified staff will enable you to enjoy your workout while your children participate in a variety of creative activities. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment that provides each child the opportunity to develop a positive self-image.

- 4 Locker Rooms (2-Men’s and 2-Women’s) with over 600 day-use lockers, 24 showers and plenty of sinks, vanities and hair drying stations.
- 4 Family Changing rooms for changing children of the opposite sex or that spouse or relative who needs a little more privacy or assistance.
- Family changing rooms include dedicated lavatory, toilets and showers.

SUMMER MAINTENANCE
We close for one week each year to thoroughly scrub and renovate the facility to keep it shiny and new for our members.
