When I joined the MAC on my birthday, I hoped to lose weight, eat healthily and strengthen my body. I have two herniated disks in my back, hip dysplasia and arthritis. Considering my physical limitations, I was concerned about my ability to begin a new exercise routine, but felt ready to try anything.

I have lost close to 50 pounds, strengthened and toned my body and gained self-confidence. When your body changes, your mind also changes and you project more positive energy. I’m now free of arthritis pain and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle.

"I started with the MAC Success Program and met with a Fitness Specialist to set goals and monitor my progress. From the beginning, they have supported me in achieving my goals, answering questions and providing advice when I needed it. When we first brought Pilates to the MAC, I signed up for a 6-week session in the hopes that it would add fun and variety to my current fitness routine. Well, Pilates has done that and so much more!
