Ashtanga Primary Series with Melisa Deane
Ongoing 90-minute small group class covers the full Ashtanga Primary series sequence: sun salutes A & B, standing postures, balancing floor work and inversions. Work “jump-through”, opening hips, backbends, and building upper body strength. Focus on Bandhas (energy locks), ujjayi(victorious breath) and dristhis(focal points). Intermediate/Advanced.

Vinyasa Flow with Melisa Deane
The beauty of yoga in this is graceful, yet is a challenging class. The repertoire includes the basics of Vinyasa Yoga (connecting breath to movement through a series of postures). Hands on adjustments, small class size. Increase your flexibility, strength, balance, cardiovascular health and mental clarity.

Flexible Warrior Athletic Yoga
Athletic Yoga is great cross training for off season runners, golfers, swimmers, cyclists and anyone athletic that cringes at the thought of slowing down to stretch. Increase total body strength, flexibility, balance and core conditioning while decreasing muscular imbalance, stiff muscles, and overuse injury.

A.P. Next Level Camp with Aundre Perkins
Are you preparing for the upcoming season? Do you want to increase your strength? Do you want to be one of the best athletes on your team? Stay in top condition this summer. This program is perfect for high school or college athletes involved in football, basketball and lacrosse. This camp was created for athletes who want to participate in a structured, off-season training schedule and is designed to help all athletes, male and female, maintain and improve their endurance, regardless of sport or current level of play.

SWEAT with Aundre Perkins

Teen Spinning with Caroline Farrell
Improve endurance, burn fat, and have FUN in these high energy, music packed spin classes. This Teen Class is open to all guys and girls, ages 13-17. You will learn how to ride on a different terrain. This is a fun way to exercise and cross train.

Cardio Base Building through Spinning with Zoe Saunders
GOAL: Increase your basic fitness level and develop endurance. This class is open to anyone and is ideal for newcomers, people recovering from a competition, or an injury. You will increase stamina and gain leaner, toned muscles. The workout is designed to be performed between 65-80% of your maximum heart rate and will focus on breathing technique. Heart rate monitors are highly recommended.

Pilates
Pilates
The Pilates method is a physical fitness program developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates believed mental and physical health are essential to one another. His method uses the mind to control the muscles by focusing on the core postural muscles to keep the body balanced and strong.
Pilates at the MAC is offered in a private Pilates studio offering a variety of disciplines including Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Programs are offered in group, semi-private and private sessions.
