This 6 week session will include a fast moving vinyasa flow series. Focus on Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga and the synchronization of breath to movement. Build strength, improve balance, and focus, gain energy and increase flexibility. Standing warrior sequence, balancing poses, inversions and floor work.

Yoga for Pregnancy with Ann Wolff
Maintain a strong body and focused mind flowing through a sequence of seated/standing postures that will increase stamina, build strength, flexibility and balance for Mom. An emphasis on deep breathing will foster inward concentration, which can help ease labor and delivery. Modifications are given for each trimester.

Mommy & Me Yoga with Kathleen Frank
This 4 week session makes yoga a fun and rewarding experience for both mother and child. This 45 minute class is kid friendly and mom fun. Each class will progress through a series of simple yoga poses that can turn Sunday into a fun afternoon for both mom and child. Ages 2-6 years of age.

Vinyasa Yoga & Hip Opening Combo Class with Melisa Deane
Energize your yoga practice with Vinyasa flow, purifying breath work and mediation. Each class will include variations for standing postures, floor asana and relaxation. The first three weeks will focus on learning the "vinyasa" flow, building strength, especially in the core and shoulders to prepare us for arm balancing postures in the last three weeks. This will be a progressive class for students wanting to advance their yoga practice.

Flexible Warrior: Athletic Slow Flow with Karen Dubs
Athletic Yoga is great cross training for off season runners, golfers, swimmers, cyclists and anyone athletic that cringes at the thought of slowing down to stretch. Pilates
The Pilates method is a physical fitness program developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates believed mental and physical health are essential to one another. His method uses the mind to control the muscles by focusing on the core postural muscles to keep the body balanced and strong.
Pilates at the MAC is offered in a private Pilates studio offering a variety of disciplines including Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Programs are offered in group, semi-private and private sessions.
